(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are selling by visiting your members area and selecting
the "selling" page in your members area.
(Q) Can I use HTML when listing an item?
(A) Yes you can, however we recommend you use basic tags as complex HTML descriptions may not display correctly.
(Q) Can I automatically relist an item?
(A) Yes you can up to 99 times. You can also instantly relist when sold if you have multiple items.
(Q) What payment options can I use?
(A) When listing an auction you can decide how you would like to be paid. Bank Transfer for NZ buyers, cash, credit cards and Paypal.
(Q) What are Private Auctions?
(A) If you would like to hide the ids of bidders from other users, select a private auction. Bidders' user ids will still be visible to you, the seller.
(Q) What are Vouchers?
(A) If you would like to offer discounts to your customers you can give voucher numbers which entitle discounts you set up. You can discount much as you wish to offer for as long as you wish to extend offer or by number redeemed.
Swaps can also be offered.
(Q) How long do auctions run for?
(A) You can set the auction to end when you prefer. The presets are one week, two weeks or one month.
Auction end time automatically becomes three days when a bid is made.

(Q) How to I rate the transaction or leave feedback?
(A) When a sale is complete, both the seller and the buyer will be able to leave ratings for each other.
The feedback rating is from one star to five stars, and a comment can also be left. The feedback can be left from the Rate transaction link in your Members Area.
The feedback can only be left once, and it cannot be edited afterwards.
The site admin will reserve its right to delete malicious or untrue feedbacks.
(Q) How can I trade safely?
(A) Be ever vigilant. New Zealand is generally a safe place to do business but there are always scammers about.
If trading with international visitors be extra cautious. Recent figures show over 90% of transactions from some countries are fraudulent.

Steps you can take to protect yourself.
Use Verified sellers. Verified sellers get the badge of approval displayed with all their information.
Check feedback ratings. Everybody starts sometime and not all new traders are shysters so please use your discretion.
If in doubt limit transactions to low monetary values or pick up items when paying for them.
Please give a clear and truthful rating for the transaction when complete.
