Under her boot is Copyright 1985, Telepix, LCI, T.Wolf, EL. Under the other boot it has LJN Toys and EL.
The Thundercats are a group of cat people, who are from the Planet Thundera
Cheetara is pictured. Hairline cracks on backs of legs and note different coloured boots.
The arms move when you push the lever on her back. Her legs and head also move.
